The company’s shares are listed on both NSE and BSE and its market capitalization as on 30th November 2017 was around Rs. 4,500 crore.

Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) is an autonomous State Board set up in 1982, to develop, administer and regulate the non-major ports at Gujarat. GMB monitors and controls 44 state owned ports of Gujarat. GMB’s participation in the Swan LNG will benefit the Project as it has vast experience in the field of port development and operation.

Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) is a subsidiary of GSPCL. The company owns and operates the second largest natural gas transmission network in India of around 2,600 km length, covering 25 out of 33 districts in Gujarat and connecting other cross country gas pipelines. GSPL network will also be used by the Terminal Users to evacuate the RLNG from the Project.

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) is head quartered in Tokyo, Japan and is a leading marine transportation company owning and operating one of the world’s largest merchant fleet comprising of 883 vessels. The current fleet includes 91 LNG carriers and it controls around 20% share in LNG shipping industry. MOL also owns 3 FSRU vessels and operates FSU and undertakes Ship to Ship transfer operations for LNG projects. MOL will be the technical partner for the Project.
