Gas Grid Connectivity

A 24 inch line will carry high pressure gas from FSRU to the nearest GSPL Gas grid which is 1.5 km to 2 km away from the terminal. At this place custody transfer will take place along with other activities like filtering, odorization etc. The pipeline connecting GSPL Gas grid and FRSU will be SCADA operated and fully equipped with various protection systems to avoid and minimize any gas leaks.
